Thank you for choosing LAV! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Pre-made items: All Pre-made item orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. This is because we have the product on hand and ready to ship to you.

Pre-order Items: All orders will be shipped as soon as we get them in hand from our manufacturer. Allow up to 40 days for shipping.

Please note that it is clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
